As of 2005 there are more than 81 million "Baby Boomers"(age 41-59), almost 9 million of the "G.I. Generation" (age 79 and over) and over 38 million of the "Silent Generation" (age 60-78) in the United States. At some point these groups will be needing or wanting to sell and/or buy another home. As your Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Jane is able to help assist and council the client as to what will be the best choices in real estate for them and how to accomplish their goals.
From having to decide whether aging-in-place ( staying in the existing home) or buying the condo/home with no maintainance or worries, so the client can travel or do whatever they would like to do, Jane will be able to help you make some informed decisions. Jane's goal is to get to know the client and their situation, include other family members if indicated, and generally be a councilor and real estate professional in all aspects of the client's real estate needs.
